Shipping and Returns Policy

🚚 Shipping

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price for major cities within Europe and Portugal.
  • For remote or hard-to-reach locations, shipping conditions may vary — we will contact you to confirm the details.
  • We ship orders within 3 business days after payment.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the selected courier. On average, shipping within the European Union takes between 3 to 10 business days.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you require specific delivery conditions, please let us know in advance — additional fees may apply.

📦 Damaged Deliveries

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If any external damage is visible, make sure to note it at the time of receipt and inform us.
  • In case of internal damage discovered after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and the item.

🔁 Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original or equivalent packaging.
  • Please contact us before returning the item so we can coordinate the process and provide the return address.
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and safe return of the item, as well as for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

🛠 Warranty

  • All our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Natural changes in materials such as wood or ceramics (color variation, microcracks, fading, etc.) are not considered defects.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or storage of the product.
