Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping costs are included in the product price for major cities within Europe and Portugal.
For remote or hard-to-reach locations, shipping conditions may vary — we will contact you to confirm the details.
We ship orders within 3 business days after payment.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected courier. On average, shipping within the European Union takes between 3 to 10 business days.
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you require specific delivery conditions, please let us know in advance — additional fees may apply.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If any external damage is visible, make sure to note it at the time of receipt and inform us.
In case of internal damage discovered after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and the item.

You may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original or equivalent packaging.
Please contact us before returning the item so we can coordinate the process and provide the return address.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and safe return of the item, as well as for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Natural changes in materials such as wood or ceramics (color variation, microcracks, fading, etc.) are not considered defects.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or storage of the product.
